Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

His name is Chris Ownsby from Mena, Arkansas. I met Chris at a Civil War reenactment at Langley, Oklahoma several years ago. My father used to play a guitar and a harmonica like this, while my oldest brother played the fiddle. This painting reminds me of them both. Chris sat out in the mid-day sun allowing for such strong contrast in values. I especially like the color of the scarf with the black vest and white shirt. With three instruments going at the same time, he was indeed The Music Man.
In 1969, Monte Toon began his career as a watercolorist. He credits the late Charles Sanderson of Wichita, Kansas, with setting him on his life-long path of watercolor painting. Sanderson inspired new approaches and techniques. Later, the works of Winslow Homer, Andrew Wyeth and Edward Hopper would influence Toon's work. More than 54 years experience has defined Toon's style in his exclusive use of watercolor. In 1991, a turning point occurred in Toon's work. Travels in Canada, New England and the east coast broadened his range of subject matter.
